If you have a Jazzy chair that uses GC3 connectors, we have the left motor and brake assembly for the Jazzy Elite Series & Sport 2 electric power chairs manufactured by Pride Mobility. This motor assembly includes the full motor, the brake, and the correct axle shaft key. It does not include the freewheel assembly.

Please note that this left-side motor may be serial number specific depending on the model of Jazzy power chair you have.
