XL packs are sized to dimensions of 10 cm x 15 cm and have a mass of 230 g per unit. They generate lasting heat up to 60 minutes. They are best for general body use.

Traditional disposable hand warmers contain up to 40 grams of activated charcoal per pair. That may not seem like much at first, but when you compare it to a Hot Poc which can be reused up to 100 times, thats the equivalent of 2 kilograms of charcoal.
Non-toxic liquid.
The liquid solution inside the Hot Poc is salted water known as sodium acetate. Although direct contact to the skin is not recommended, it is not a dangerous substance. In fact, once the Hot Poc is no longer efficient, we recommend to simply empty the liquid in your sink.
The Pouch
The pouch is safely made of PVC and can be in direct contact with the skin, whether or not the Hot Poc is activated.
Please avoid applying the activated Hot Poc directly on a babys skin, as they tend to be more sensitive to heat.
