The bottom console shroud attaches underneath the top console, and is the lower tiller cover for the Pride Pursuit 2, Victory 9 & Victory 10 mobility scooters. It not only serves the purpose of protecting the scooter's vital innards, it keeps it looking great as well. Should moisture, dirt or food ever get in there, it could spell danger.
